Privacy policy
We keep this simple: the website collects as little as possible, and nothing is sold or shared for marketing.
What the website stores
This website has no customer accounts and no customer database. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Your shopping bag is saved only in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there when you come back. You can clear it at any time from the bag page or your browser settings.
When you place an order
The name, phone number, area and address you type at checkout are not sent to or stored on this website. They are placed into a WhatsApp message that you choose to send to us.
We use those details only to confirm, deliver and support your order. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to messages sent through WhatsApp.
Hosting
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site securely.
Your choices
To ask what details we hold from your WhatsApp orders, or to have them deleted, contact us on WhatsApp or at dripunit.souq@gmail.com.
